Focus Points
Focus Points for Families is a nonprofit community-based organization serving residents in North Denver’s Globeville and Elyria-Swansea neighborhoods. Founded in 1985, Focus Points provides educational and economic opportunities such as early childhood education, adult literacy, and health and wellness, as well as provide financial literacy and entrepreneurship workshops. The organization's vision is to create "a vibrant and welcoming community in which all individuals and families are empowered to reach their full potential."
Growhaus
The Growhaus is an urban indoor farm and marketplace, located in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Founded in 2013, it is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating a resilient food system by providing education, access to healthy food, and job skill training. The Growhaus produces over 20,000 pounds of produce annually, offers workshops on gardening, nutritional health, and cooking, and hosts a store where members of the community can buy locally-sourced, organically grown produce. The Growhaus also provides a vibrant space for community engagement, hosting classes, activities, and events.
Prodigy Ventures
The Prodigy Ventures organization in Denver is a non-profit education program focused on providing job skills training and support to underserved communities. The Craft Coffee + Roastery Apprenticeship Program is a full-time, 12-week immersive program designed to equip students with the tools and knowledge needed to become successful craft coffee and small-batch roasting professionals in the ever-growing coffee industry.
Birdseed Collective
The Birdseed Collective is an organization dedicated to encouraging public art and creativity. It was founded by respected artists and entrepreneurs who share a mission of improving the socioeconomic climate in Denver, Colorado. The collective provides a platform for people to connect and learn from each other by sharing stories, art and information through community projects and initiatives.

Project Angel Heart
Project Angel Heart is a nonprofit organization that provides medically tailored meals for people living with life-threatening illnesses in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. It has served over 650,000 individuals in its 30 years of operation. Its mission is to improve health and well-being by delivering nutritious meals made from scratch and tailored to meet the needs of the individuals’ underlying medical diagnosis.
